After months of battling with our old pool company and not being able to get our pool clear and uncloudy,we finally discovered that he really didn’t know what he was doing. It turns out he wasn’t even licensed to do repairs on our pool. We asked a county official who they’d recommend. They told us to look for a licensed and insured, reputable pool company. Consistant Pool Service & Quality
Windermere Pool Service has been providing the ongoing cleaning and servicing of my pool for the past 5 years. Recent major repair was required due to our pool heater failing. We feel so thankful to have found you, and really appreciate you and your commitment to doing good business. You are providing more than a little peace of mind for us. In this wacky economy, my husband and I are having to work out of town a good deal. (not complaining…everyone is having to be creative to pay the bills) So, to have an honest, knowledgeable person to email and trouble shoot all that mysterious pool equipment for us means more than you can know. You are not our first pool service, and we’d had it with sketchy “technicians” who couldn’t care less or companies that go in and out of business every six months. Don’t know what took us so long to find you, but finally asked our neighbor (when our pool was turning green from bad service), who was more than happy with you all at Windermere Pools. Swimming Pool Has NEVER Looked Better!
I am writing to tell you how pleased we are with your pool service and especially Michael. Our pool has never looked better and we are thrilled. Recently we had out of town company (relatives) and many pictures were taken of the kids in the pool. When the pictures were sent back to Ohio, the comments from there were, “Wow. Grandma and Pop’s pool looks great!” If it shows up in a picture, you know it’s spectacular. So, thanks and kudos to Michael. He’s great and we are now best friends in notes. Like ships in the night, we never meet, but I consider him a trusted pal. Thanks for giving us not only a beautiful pool to look at, but a safe one to swim in. Have a terrific weekend.
